StepWise Associates was founded to help clients uncover and maximize their skills and talents. Through motivational speaking and personal coaching, StepWise Associates founder, Marsha Haygood helps clients realize their potential and fulfill their goals.
Haygood cultivated her coaching expertise during 25+ years as an Executive in Human Resources where she coached employees of all levels within Corporations.
Marsha possesses a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Education and Certification in Training and Development.
Marsha has won several awards for her work in the community and is a frequent speaker at conferences and trade associations.
